What it is:
BES Beauty & Science Color Clock  Emulsion Conditioner is an acid-cationic conditioner for for de-alkalifying and disentangling dry, bleached, lighter colored, or highlighted hair. It eliminates the alkaline residues present on the scalp and hair after coloring, bleaching and perming, thus restoring the hair and scalp’s physiologic ph.

Restores the physiologic pH on scalp and hair. Its specific detangling and balancing action makes the hair soft, shinny and easy to comb.
