Decobes remover is not bleach. Its use, allows you to remove in a progressive manner and delicate artificial colour pigments through a process of reduction without using bleach powders. The high lighting is limited. Limited because Decobes Remover intervenes only on artificial pigments of the oxidative color by reducing them. Under the condition, the result obtained will depend on the color cosmetic applied previously.
